At the trailer launch of “Khel Khel Mein,” Akshay Kumar shared an anecdote about receiving condolence messages following a series of unsuccessful films. Known for his resilience, Akshay had an epic response to the messages, questioning, “main gaya kahan hoon?” (Where have I gone?).
Akshay Kumar’s unwavering dedication to his craft sets him apart in Bollywood. Despite the ups and downs of the industry, he remains committed to his work. He is passionate about acting, often appearing in multiple films each year. While some of these films are box office hits, others may not perform as well. Recently, he experienced a string of flops. However, instead of being disheartened, Akshay went back to work, preparing for his next release, “Khel Khel Mein.”
During the event, Akshay revealed that people had sent him messages of support, assuring him that he would make a comeback. This led him to ponder, “main gaya kahan hoon?” Reflecting on his career, Akshay stated, “I am here. I will keep working. I will always keep working, no matter what people say. I wake up in the morning, exercise, go to work, and come back. Whatever I earn, I earn on my own. I have never asked for anything from anyone.”
He further emphasized his dedication, saying, “I will keep on working till they have to shoot me down.” His inspiring words were met with cheers and applause from the audience. Fans are now eagerly anticipating Akshay’s return to the comedy genre with “Khel Khel Mein,” set to release on August 15. The film, directed by Mudassar Aziz, also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Pragya Jaiswal, and Aditya Seal, and marks Fardeen Khan’s return to films after 14 years.
