MS Dhoni Chooses Jasprit Bumrah Over Kohli and Sharma as His Favorite Cricketer

In a recent event, MS Dhoni named Jasprit Bumrah as his favorite player from the current Indian cricket team, sidestepping the usual debate between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.

Enjoying a break from competitive cricket and potentially stepping away from the IPL after the 2024 season, Dhoni was asked about his preferred player from the current Indian roster. Rather than picking between the renowned batters Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, Dhoni chose the exceptional fast bowler Bumrah.

“Choosing a favorite bowler is easier because Bumrah stands out. Picking a batter is tough since we have many excellent ones. Every batter I see seems the best until I see the next one. As long as Team India is performing well, I don’t want to single out a batter. However, Bumrah is my favorite bowler,” Dhoni explained during a promotional event.
